Delivery Information
We deliver building materials across Cardiff, the Vale of Glamorgan and South Wales — from a single bag of cement to a full load of aggregate. Our lorries are fitted with rear-mounted Hi-Abs, so heavy goods come off the vehicle without you lifting a thing.

Where we deliver
We deliver to all CF and NP postcodes. Delivery is charged by area, and the cost is calculated automatically at checkout once you enter your postcode.

If you’re viewing prices excluding VAT, note the threshold is measured on the VAT-inclusive total.

How long delivery takes

How your delivery arrives
All our delivery lorries carry a rear-mounted Hi-Ab crane, so bulk bags and heavy materials are lifted off the vehicle mechanically.
We deliver to your drive, garden or kerbside. Our driver will place materials as close to where you want them as the vehicle can safely reach — but we can’t carry materials through a property, into a back garden away from the vehicle, or up steps.
Access: most of our fleet is large. We run two bigger vehicles and one smaller truck, so if your access is tight, narrow, or has a low bridge or overhanging trees, please tell us in the order notes at checkout and we’ll send the right vehicle. For deliveries down a lane or to the rear of a property we need at least 3m of width, and the driver will assess the access on arrival before deciding.
A signature may be required on delivery.
If you’re not going to be in, please leave instructions in the order notes at checkout. Where it’s safe to do so, we’ll leave your materials in a safe place. If we can’t deliver and have no instructions, the order returns to the branch and a redelivery charge applies.
If your materials are left on the public highway
Where we deliver to the kerbside, please be aware of your legal responsibilities.
Materials left on a public highway must be removed within four hours of delivery. If you need to store them on the highway for longer, you must apply for permission from Cardiff Council’s Highways and Parks department:

While materials are on the highway, you’re responsible for providing adequate signing, lighting and guarding, and for reinstating any damage to the highway to the Highways Department’s satisfaction. Any fines we incur as a result of materials left on the highway will be passed on.
We’re also not liable for damage or injury caused when our vehicles are directed off a public highway by you or your representatives.
If in doubt, plan to have somewhere to move your materials to on the day — or give us a call and we’ll talk through the options.
Bulk bags and weights
Our jumbo bulk bags hold approximately 800kg to 1,000kg. The exact weight varies by material and with the weather — these are natural products, and moisture content changes what a bag weighs. Weights for loose loads and small bags are shown on each product page.

Paying for your order
Pay securely online at checkout by Visa, Mastercard or American Express, or spread the cost with Klarna or Clearpay. Card payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
You can also pay by card in branch. If you’d rather place your order over the phone, we’ll send you a secure payment link to complete it online. We don’t accept cash on delivery.

Damaged or incorrect deliveries
Check your delivery before signing where you can. If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll put it right.
Please note that colour consistency can’t be guaranteed on natural and cement-based products, and variations in shade may occur between batches. If you’re matching to existing work, order a little extra from the same batch.
