Are you open to the public?
Yes, anyone can visit our branch. We look forward to seeing you!
Can I come into your branch?
Yes. We have onsite parking and wheelchair/pushchair access into the shop.
Does your lorry come with a Hi-Ab?
Yes both of our delivery lorries come with a rear-mounted Hi-Ab.
How much weight is in your bulk/jumbo bags?
Our bulk/jumbo bags carry approximately 850-1000kg, depending on which product you are buying.
What are your opening hours?
- Monday: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
- Tuesday: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
- Wednesday: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
- Thursday: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
- Friday: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
- Saturday: 8:00 am – 3:00 pm
- Sunday: 9:30 am – 1:00 pm
Do you offer click and collect?
Yes! All our products can be ordered through our website and “local pickup” can be chosen at checkout.
How do I apply for a credit account?
We offer a range of accounts with WBS. Apply for a credit account by visiting our Account Application Page.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer refunds on most of our products.
However, any powdered items (such as cement, post crete, tile adhesives, self leveler) are only refundable after 24 hours. Coping stones/key curbs are non returnable.
Any items returned are subject to a 10% restocking charge.

Is there a charge for delivery?
Yes. Delivery cost is dependent on your postcode.

Are you open on bank holidays?
Yes we are open on bank holidays from 9:30am – 1pm.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
No. We do not accept cash on delivery.
Can you deliver up lanes or to the rear of properties?
We try to be as accommodating to your delivery as possible. If you do request an order to be delivered at the rear of or down a lane we do require at least 3m in width. The driver will have to look at the access before delivering and then a decision can be made for you.
How long do deliveries take?
Delivery times depend on your area. Local deliveries in Cardiff can take between 1-3 working days.
Any deliveries outside the Cardiff area depending can take between 2-4 working days.
Do you take payments over the phone?
Yes we can take payments over the phone as long as you are happy to give your details. We do require a full name and registered address to the card when paying.
Do you accept cash in store?
Yes. We accept the following payment forms in store: Cash, Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard.
What’s the difference between gravel and stone chippings?
Stone chippings are usually made up of one type of stone, whereas gravel can be made from several different types of stone.
